Neillsville School Board Approves Curriculum Updates

-The Neillsville School Board approved some curriculum updates at their meeting Monday afternoon.The updates were in Science, Family and Consumer Science and Music. The classes were already being offered this year and are going well. The board also approved 22 youth options requests, but it was stated that no everyone will be scheduled because of potential scheduling conflicts.
The board approved a service contract with Memorial Medical Center to provide four different services including pre-employment physicals, school bus driver exams, DOT/CDL exams and TB tests. The Girls’ Hockey Co-op with Black River Falls was renewed as well. They renew the co-op every two years and they have one student who participates and she does very well. The co-op doesn’t cost the district anything.
