-Clark County Economic Development Corporation & Tourism Bureau will be celebrating their 26th annual event on Monday evening April 25th at the Loyal American Legion Hall.The theme of the event is Snapshots of Clark County. Join us as we celebrate a wonderfully strong growth year in the county. Growing our business, employment, communities and partnerships for the county good is worth a celebration.
Featured this year will be the tourism attractions and partners that abound here in our county. Everything from our county facilities/attractions of water, snow and hunting sports, to exciting community events year round, to celebrations of our Ag tourism including cheeses, meats, honey, maple syrup plus historic sites, many restaurants and hotels/B&B’s. We have much to offer!
This theme was chosen because of our very special guest presenter for the evening �" WI Tourism Secretary �" Stephanie Klett. Many may also know of her from the award winning TV series Discover Wisconsin.
Klett has been promoting Wisconsin more than two decades, crisscrossing the state as the host of Discover Wisconsin Television & Radio series. She has received 9 Emmy nominations from the Chicago/Midwest Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, and an Emmy Award for “Individual Excellence for On-Camera Hosting” in 2010. Prior to Discover Wisconsin, Klett represented our state as Miss Wisconsin.
