(AP) -The state Department of Natural Resources has compiled a list of more than a dozen people it won't deal with because they've contacted the agency too often or been abusive to staff. The list includes the names of 16 people as well as the subject area they're concerned about but doesn't note what problems the agency may have had with them. One of the most notable names on the list is Patricia Randolph, of Wisconsin Wildlife Ethic-Vote Our Wildlife, which works to educate lawmakers about wildlife abuse. Randolph didn't immediately respond to an email seeking comment.
DNR spokesman George Althoff said the agency began developing the list in 2013 to track what he called repetitive and abusive contacts. He says the list has had no impact on open record requests.
