Man Who Lived at Clark County Assisted Living Facility Sentenced for Trying to Hire Prostitues

-A Clark County man, who lived at an assisted living facility in Dorchester, was sentenced for trying to hire prostitutes.Back in June of 2015, 69-year-old Dennis Weix used a computer at a local library to contact prostitutes. He admitted to investigators that he tried to contact the women. Weix was initially charged with two counts of soliciting prostitutes, but, due to an agreement reached, they were amended to misdemeanor charges of prostitution, non-marital sexual intercourse.
He was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, both charges. He was sentenced to 18 months' probation with several conditions including that he's not allowed to use any device with internet access unless approved by an agent.
