Area High School Students to Receive Funds from "America's Farmers Grow Communities" Program

-Several area high school students were selected to receive funds from the Monsanto's America's Farmers Grow Communities program.Some of the students will participate in a special program at noon on the opening day of the 53rd Eau Claire Farm Show, Tuesday, March 8th, being held at its new location this year at the Menards Conference Center.
The students received $2,500 and they include Jerrod Meissner from Chili, Sharon Zimmerman from Augusta and Terry Meyer from Spencer. The "America's Farmers Grow Communities" program was started in 2010. The Eau Claire Farm Show has hosted this event for the past two years and again in 2016.
