Many Topics Discussed at Clark County Tourism Meeting

-The Clark County Tourism Committee held their meeting on Wednesday at the Loyal City Hall.Many topics were discussed during the meeting. The "Spring Into the Arts" Studio Tour happening on April 23rd and 24th is moving along nicely. T.V. interviews have been set up, advertising in shoppers and on the radio has been purchased, posters have been made and they'll send out press releases soon. Also, right after, the Bloomin' Greenhouse Kick Off Event will be happening. This event acts as a kick off for county greenhouses so people can start purchasing their plants for the summer. The committee discussed potential signs and brochures for the event.
The Clark County Economic Development Corporation and Tourism Bureau's Annual Meeting on April 25th was also discussed and a Conference on Agritourism in Marshfield is happening next week. Munson Bridge Winery will be speaking briefly at the conference and the CCEDC will be on a panel as well.
