Neillsville Fire Department Responds to One Vehicle Accident

-The Neillsville Fire Department responded to a one vehicle accident Sunday afternoon.The call came in just before 4:30 on Sunday and it occurred on County Highway B at Bachelor's Avenue and Maple Road in the Township of Hewitt. When the department arrived they found a milk truck on its side in the south ditch, eastbound. The driver failed to negotiate the curve.
The driver was still inside the cab and the fire department removed the windshield to get him out and he was transported to Memorial Medical Center. The department was assisted by the Neillsville EMS and the Clark County Sheriff's Department. They were on scene for an hour and a half and there were no injuries on their part.
