Neillsville Fire Department Responds to Trailer House Fire Sunday Morning

-The Neillsville Fire Department responded to a structure fire Sunday morning.The fire occurred at W5137 Pine View Road in the Township of Levis around 9:30am. It was a report of a trailer house on fire. Everyone was out of the home and when the department arrived, there was heavy smoke coming from the trailer house.
The department was able to extinguish the flames. They received some mutual aid from the Granton Fire Department with water. They were on the scene for an hour and a half, there were no injuries on their part and the home had heavy heat and water damage. The owner has no insurance and is being assisted by the Red Cross.
