Administrators' Reports at Owen-Withee School Board Meeting (Middle/High School)

-The Owen-Withee School Board heard the Administrators' Reports at their meeting on Monday.Former Administrator Bob Houts did the report for the Middle/High School. He reported on the fundraisers held on January 7th at the Chippewa Falls High School hockey match for Will Maki and on January 8th for Will Maki and Ryan Dieringer from Columbus Catholic put on by the O-W Booster Club.
Lots of people attended the event, which raised money for these two young men who are battling cancer. Proceeds from the evening will be split between the families. The All-Conference Music festival will be held on Saturday, January 16th in Altoona. Also, semester finals will be given on January 20th and 21st, marking the end of first semester.
Finally, the board set some meeting dates for a couple committees and, after going into closed session, the board voted unanimously to approve an amended contract to hire Bob Houts as the District Administrator.
