Thirty-eight Wisconsin companies have been nominated for the 28th annual Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year Awards for outstanding achievements in manufacturing and a local company is one of the nominees.According to Wisconsin Ag Connection, the annual competition, which is categorized based on the number of employees, recognizes a diverse array of manufacturers of all sizes and sectors of the economy for their paramount economic contributions to the state.
One of the ag-related nominees for Large Companies, with 300-799 employees, is Grassland Dairy Products, Inc., Greenwood. Winners will be announced at a black-tie awards banquet on February 25 in Milwaukee.
