Neillsville Man Changes Sentence

A Neillsville man recently sentenced for having sex with a donkey asked to change his sentencing.At the beginning of September, 20-year-old Gideon Swartzentruber was caught having sex with a donkey at the farm where he worked. In an interview with authorities he admitted to the act. He was charged with one count of sexual gratification with an animal.
Swartzentruber pleaded guilty to the charge against him at the beginning of November and he was sentenced to one year probation. However, on Wednesday, he asked the judge to revoke his probation and he was sentenced to 30 days in jail. Court records didn't indicate why he wanted to go to jail
