Withee Couple Arrested for Narcotics and Child Neglect Appears in Waupaca County Court

-A Withee couple arrested in Waupaca County for narcotics and child neglect appeared in Waupaca County Court on Tuesday.On December 5th, authorities were dispatched to the Comfort Suites in Waupaca for a report of an overdose. When authorities arrived, they discovered 30-year-old Matthew Faude trying to revive 26-year-old Danielle Giwojna. She was revived and taken to the hospital. Both Faude and Giwonja admitted to using heroin. They also reported that their 2-year-old son was in the room or in another room when they were doing drugs.
A $2,000 signature bond was set during the court appearance on Tuesday and they're not allowed to have any drugs or alcohol. A future court date has not been set at this time.
