Spencer Home Damaged in Fire Wednesday Morning

(Marshfield News Herald) -A fire did about $20,000 worth of damage to a house Wednesday morning, according to firefighters.The cause of the fire at 600 E. Main St., Spencer, is unknown, according to firefighters. No smoke detectors were sounding when firefighters arrived at the house.
The call came in at 8:38 a.m. Wednesday. The Spencer Fire Department responded with three department vehicles and 14 firefighters, according to firefighters. No one was injured in the fire.
