Man Arrested in Black River Falls and Charged for Possession is Sentenced in Jackson County Court

-A man arrested in Black River Falls and charged with possession entered a plea in Jackson County Court on Monday.Back in August, police pulled over Joanna Roybal and Shane Colvin for having a loud muffler and a defective license plate lamp. They found meth and marijuana in the vehicle at that time and both individuals were arrested.
Colvin had three misdemeanor possession charges filed against him. He entered a guilty plea to one charge and the rest were dismissed and read in. He was sentenced with a $100 fine plus costs. If he fails to pay the full amount by the due date, he'll spend 1 day in jail for each $25 left unpaid.
