TIME...BEFORE TURNING TO ALL SNOW THIS AFTERNOON. AS THE SNOW EXITS EAST THIS EVENING IT COULD MIX WITH FREEZING DRIZZLE OR RAIN. SNOW TOTALS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE...WITH A GLAZE OF ICE IF THE FREEZING PRECIPITATION DEVELOPS. MOTORISTS AND
PEDESTRIANS SHOULD PLAN FOR WINTER TRAVEL. UNTREATED ROADS...SIDEWALKS AND PARKING LOTS COULD GET SLICK AND ICY INTO
