Greenwood School Board Policy Review Update

The Greenwood School Board provided an update on their Policy Manual review.The district's Policy Manual is being reviewed by NEOLA, Inc. The process is underway and proposed updated policy series will be brought to the Board for first reading soon. The board was also provided more information regarding the Wisconsin Rural Schools Alliance as requested at the October 21st Board meeting.
The board approved Teacher Evaluation language changes in the Teacher Handbook, they approved changing the Regular Board meeting day to the second Monday of each month at 6:30pm beginning in January of 2016 and the district is currently seeking information from engineering firms to develop a plan to remediate the erosion and leaking that is occurring with the district's outdoor classroom pond.
