Marshfield Man Enters Plea for Threatening to Kill a Clark County Judge

-A Marshfield man charged with threatening to kill a Clark County Judge and cause chaos in the city of Marshfield entered a plea to the charges against him on Tuesday.According to the criminal complaint, Justin Dolle was upset because he wasn't receiving medication he believes Clark County should be providing. When an officer went to his home, Dolle stated he would kill Clark County Judge Jon Counsell and "rain terror" on the city of Marshfield. He also claimed he had access to body armor and an assault rifle.
On Tuesday, Dolle was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, threatening a judge. A bail jumping charge was dismissed and read in. As of this morning, a sentencing date has not been set.
