Black River Falls Man Charged for Allegedly Stealing from his Employer

-A Black River Falls man has been charged for allegedly stealing thousands of dollars from his employer.According to investigators, in 2010-2014, 47-year-old Jeff Cook stole almost $180,000 from his former employer Jackson Electric Cooperative. He told authorities he stole the money because he and his family were living outside their means.
Cook has been charged with 5 counts of business theft and he resigned from his position in February.
