Execution of Search Warrant Results in Two Arrests in Owen

-On Friday October 30th at about 7:40am, the Clark County Sheriff's Office with the Owen Police Department executed a search warrant at 504 N. Paul Ave. in the City of Owen.According to the Clark County Sheriff's Department, 37-year-old Brian R. Peo and 40-year-old Charles W. Lewallen were arrested as a result of the investigation. Brain was referred to the District Attorney's Office for possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia. Charles was referred to the District Attorney's Office for Possession of Methamphetamine & Paraphernalia, child neglect and maintaining a premise for controlled substances. Brian and Charles also had warrants for their arrest.
They both appeared in the Clark County Circuit Court yesterday for their initial appearance. Charles received a $10,000 cash bond and Brian received a $5,000 cash bond. They are both currently in the Clark County Jail and haven't posted the bond.
