Loyal Common Council Discusses New Community Garden

The City of Loyal is starting a Community Garden.

The Loyal Common Council discussed the garden at their recent meeting.  The Community Garden is meant to be a place where community members can come together, exchange tips, and share a beautiful green space.  If you’d like to learn more about the garden or apply for a spot, you can contact the Loyal City Hall.

During the meeting, the City also gave the oath of offices to Mayor Carmen Englebretson, Ward 1 Alderpersons Curtiss Lindner & Jenae Weyer, and Ward 2 Alderpersons Kris Schultz and Greg Brock.  They also approved the 2021 street construction bid for Industrial Drive.  It was awarded to American Asphalt for $88,862.40.
