Results of Neillsville Police Department's Involvement with "Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over"

-The Neillsville Police Department joined law enforcement agencies throughout Wisconsin for the 2015 "Driver Sober or Get Pulled Over" campaign aimed at reducing impaired driving from August 21st ? September 7th, 2015.The department released a breakdown of the results from the campaign. During that time period 48 citations were issued and 75 warnings were issued.
The citations were broken down further and 9 of them were for seatbelts, 6 for speeding, 3 for OWI, 8 for OAR/OAS, 4 for vehicle registration and 2 for vehicle equipment. They didn't have any for sign/signal violation or open intoxicants. There were 16 citations that fell into the other category.
