Minnesota Man Arrested After High Speed Chase in Jackson County

A Minnesota man was arrested after a high speed chase in Jackson County.
According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, Kyle Flanagan was driving a stolen vehicle from Waunakee. The department was made aware of a pursuit on I-91 near the Village of Hixton around 9:30pm Monday. The chase reached speeds of 104 mph.
The chase continued into Clark County before a tire deflation device was used. Flanagan eventually lost control of the vehicle and fled from the scene, but was quickly apprehended.
Flanagan had several warrants out of Ramsey County in Minnesota and he had given a fake name to authorities. He was also in possession of marijuana.
