Administrators' Reports at Greenwood School Board Meeting

-The Greenwood School Board heard the Administrators' Reports at their meeting last week.Administrator Todd Felhofer reported that the school year is underway and they had a very nice start to the year. He offered big THANK YOUS to the district's custodial staff, support staff and teachers and the Bus Company for having everything ready for the students and families when the year began!
He also noted that preliminary district enrollment is up 3 students from last year and the district's ACT results came to 23.5 while the state was at 22.2. That put them at 4th in CESA 10 and in the top 15% in the State. He also mentioned that Summer School produced 18 full time enrollments. Last year it was 6. And full time enrollments eligible for aid are 7 and last year it was 2. Finally, he stated that national School Lunch Week is October 12-16
High School Principal Todd Fischer provided an update on the implementation of the Positive Behavior and Intervention Supports program and new aspects of the Response to Intervention time and initial work on developing learning targets for each subject and grade level.
