Two Nasonville Dairy Cheese Makers Receive Master Designation

(Wisconsin Ag Connection) The Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker program has graduated four new students.
According to the Wisconsin Ag Connection, the program, which is the nation's only advanced training course of its kind for experienced cheesemakers, now has more than 90 active Masters in Wisconsin. Two Nasonville Dairy cheese makers received the Master Cheesemaker designation and they are Kirk Hansen and Brian Jackson.
The Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker program is administered by the Wisconsin Center for Dairy Research and funded by Wisconsin dairy producers, through the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board.
