Local Couple's Cabin Part of Wisconsin Solar Tour

-A local couple's cabin will be a part of the Wisconsin Solar Tour.With the falling of the leaves and the coming of winter, the Whitehouse declares October National Energy Awareness Month. Edwin and Linda Becker of Granton are doing their part to increase energy awareness by participating in the Wisconsin Solar Tour and opening their cabin Saturday, October 3, to showcase their renewable energy systems. They encourage you to come and visit.
On Saturday, October 3, the Becker's are one of the homes and businesses in Wisconsin holding open house tours of their renewable energy systems and energy efficient projects between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The public is encouraged to visit homes and businesses on the tour to learn first-hand the benefits and costs to clean energy and energy efficiency. There will be signs pointing to the homes and businesses on the tour.
