Thorp Man Arrested for Exposing Himself Enters Plea

-A Thorp man arrested for exposing himself to several women entered a plea to the charges against him in Clark County Court on Thursday.According to the Clark County Sheriff's Department, throughout July they received complaints of a man exposing himself to women riding bikes in the Thorp and Withee areas. The department developed a suspect during the course of the investigation and arrested 51-year-old Randy Hamm toward the end of July.
Hamm did confess to exposing himself to several women over the course of a few weeks. He was charged with three counts of disorderly conduct and three counts of lewd and lascivious behavior. He entered a no contest plea, and was found guilty of, two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior. The remaining charges were dismissed and read in. A sentencing date has not been set at this time.
