Dorchester Man Charged With Invasion of Privacy After Phone Found in a Bathroom

A Dorchester man has been charged with invasion of privacy after he was discovered removing a cell phone from a bathroom at the Clark County Rehabilitation and Living Center.

According to court records, there were two reports of a cell phone being discovered in a bathroom.  The first occurred on October 13th of last year when the victim found a cell phone tucked under the sink counter.

The second occurred just recently on April 14th.  The phone was found taped to the inside of a toilet bowl in a locker room.  20-year-old Moises Renoj Cuautle was seen leaving the bathroom holding the cell phone.

When Cuautle was questioned by authorities he admitted to being behind both incidents.  He also admitted to authorities that he had videos of child pornography on his phone.

Cuautle is facing two counts of invasion of privacy, surveillance device.  A $1,500 cash bond was set against him during his recent court appearance.
