A Boyceville man arrested by the Osseo Police Department appeared in Trempealeau County Court on Monday.
According to the Osseo Police Department, back in March, they were called to the Golden Express Travel Plaza due to a report of suspicious activity. When officers arrived, their K9 unit indicated there were drugs in the vehicle. Drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine were discovered in the vehicle. Derek Paulson and Karissa Fransway were arrested.
During Paulson’s court appearance on Monday, he entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him, which include possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting or obstructing an officer and three counts of bail jumping.
However, Paulson is scheduled for a plea/sentencing hearing on May 4th.
