Black River Falls Woman Pleads Not Guilty to Drug Charges

-A Black River Falls woman arrested for drug charges back in August was in Jackson County Court for a preliminary hearing on Thursday.Mary Fisher was taken into custody after authorities received a complaint of an intoxicated driver. They found Fisher and another man, Alexander Wallace, in a parked car at a home with meth and heroin in the vehicle. Fisher has several charges filed against her including possession of narcotic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, bail jumping and more.
Probable cause was found during her preliminary hearing so her court proceedings will continue. She entered a not guilty plea to all the charges. Wallace will be in court for an initial appearance on Monday.
