If you're planning a cookout this Labor Day Weekend be sure and practice food safety to prevent getting sick.Potato salad that sits out too long or undercooked meat could cause food poisoning. Some cookout food safety tips for your Labor Day Weekend include bringing a meat thermometer and glancing at your watch or phone so you know when it's time to put away food.
