-The Republican Party of Clark County held its annual picnic at the Greenwood County Park on Wednesday August 19th.Elected officials Representatives Bob Kulp and James Edming and Senator Terry Moulton joined in the festivities. Reports on the recent legislative session included the controversial Bucks Arena, prevailing wage law, Right to Work legislation and Planned Parenthood's policies.
On a lighter note, Bob Kulp entertained the attendees with his recreational drone. The gadget has remarkable maneuverability and has an onboard video camera to photo shoot anything you point it at. The group enjoyed Dave and Gini's delicious Right Wing Chicken and all the food and beverages of a typical potluck meal.
The RPCC is planning on meeting in Thorp in September for a Pints And Politics event. The Loyal Corn Festival and Granton Fall Festival will likely be attended by the RPCC Parade entry.
