Man Arrested After Driving By Merrillan Police Department Smoking Marijuana

-An Onalaska man was arrested last week when he drove by the Merrillan Police Department smoking marijuana.32-year-old Benjamin Ahlstrom drove by the Merrillan Police Department when Chief Michael Johnson was standing outside. Chief Johnson could smell the marijuana as Ahlstrom went by.
Ahlstrom was pulled over and they found six grams of marijuana and other drug paraphernalia inside. Another man, Ahlstrom's passenger Ty Martin, was arrested as well for an unrelated felony probation warrant.
