Two People Arrested in Black River Falls After K-9 Detects Drugs

-Two people were arrested in Black River Falls during a routine traffic stop after drugs were discovered in the vehicle.Authorities pulled over 31-year-old Andrew Hanson of La Crosse in Black River Falls last week. During the stop, a K-9 detected a large amount of drugs. The officers searched the vehicle and found meth, heroin and a weighing scale and packaging materials.
Hanson was arrested and was his passenger Karyn Youngthunder. They're facing charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.
