Ag and Household Clean Sweep Tire, Battery and Appliance Collection Next Friday

The Clark County UW-Extension Office is holding an Ag and Household Clean Sweep Tire, Battery and Appliance Collection on Friday, August 28th.The will be collecting the items at the Owen County garage from 8:30am to 10:30am and the Neillsville Fairgrounds from 2pm-5pm. This event will give residents an opportunity to bring in hazardous chemicals and waster to help protect the surface and groundwater.
Households and farms can participate in the event as can businesses like nurseries and greenhouses. There's no cost to bring items in unless you are above a certain weight limit.
