Four People Arrested in Black River Falls in Two Separate Incidences Involving Drugs

-Four people were arrested for drugs in Black River Falls in the past couple days.In the first instance, Alexander Wallace and Mary Fisher were taken into custody after they received a complaint of an intoxicated driver. They found the two individuals in a parked car at a home with meth and heroin in the vehicle. They were arrested and the case in under investigation.
In the second instance, police pulled over Joanna Roybal and Shane Colvin for having a loud muffler and a defective license plate lamp. They found meth and marijuana in the vehicle at that time and both individuals were arrested and are being held in the Jackson County Jail.
