(Noelle Anderson, WEAU) ?The Clark County Sheriff's Department obtained a search warrant and seized over 50 animals from a farm near Neillsville on Sunday.According to WEAU, Clark County's Humane Officer, Steven Struensee, was called to the farm Saturday after it was noticed that the animals had no food, water or shelter even during the hot and humid days last week when temperatures were well into the 90s.
Struensee also commented that this isn't the first time they've had problems with this farm and once all the information is gathered, they will send it to the district attorney for charges. There are still some animals at the farm in fair and good condition. The horses found there were taken to mid-west rescue and the dogs were taken to the Clark County Humane Society.
