Owen-Withee School Board Discusses Budget and Annual Meeting

-The Owen-Withee School Board discussed the budget hearing and the district's annual meeting at their recent meeting.The board reviewed the booklet for the 2015 Annual Meeting being held on Monday, August 24th at 7:30pm. The resolution to give approval to sell unneeded equipment and property was removed because it is no longer required by law. Also, a Public Participation/Comment item was added to the agenda.
The board also heard an update on the maintenance project list. District Administrator Bob Houts gave the Board an updated list of summer projects. Most have been completed, with a couple slated to be finished in the next couple of weeks.
