A Pay Request, Lift Station Study and More at Owen City Council Meeting

-The Owen City Council approved a pay request, a lift station study and more at their meeting last week.The council approved the final pay request to Earth Inc. for $13,110.55 for the Willow Culvert Project and approved a Lift Station Study to be completed by MSA Professional Services for $8,750.
Also, Elvis Haemer from Kerry Ingredients was present to explain that Kerry Ingredients would like to make the blue and orange park on 4th and Ash Street a rehab project for them. Annually they would like to make improvements to the equipment and area. There is a new bench there now donated by Kerry. Kerry would also like to rename the park. The council approved for Kerry Ingredients to move forward with their rehab project and to present a 5 year plan to the Council.
