Brothers Facing Charges in Robbery of Jackson County Boys & Girls Club

-Two brothers could be facing charges after they admitted to robbing the Jackson County Boys & Girls Club located in Black River Falls.On July 30th, staff member came to the club and found that someone had broken into the building and stolen some items including laptops, a digital camera, Kindle tablets, portable radios and more.
Staff members at the club left the remaining radios on and were able to hear two people talking over them. The Black River Falls Police Department returned to the club and heard two boys speaking and using their first names. The officer immediately knew that the two suspects were brothers that live close to the club building.
When the officer went to speak with the boys, they initially denied robbing the club. However, the club radios were located inside the home and, after an interview at the Police Department, the boys admitted that they stole from the club on two occasions. Due to the age of the boys, charges have been forwarded to the Jackson County District Attorney.
