Thorp Man Enters Plea for Sexual Assault of a Child

A Thorp man entered a plea for sexual assault of a child charges in Clark County Court on Friday.

Jacob Dietrich allegedly assaulted a girl under the age of 11. The assaults began last summer and Dietrich had turned himself in and admitted to authorities that he touched the girl inappropriately.

Dietrich pleaded guilty to repeated sexual assault of the same child.  Three other charges were dismissed and read in.  He’s scheduled for sentencing on June 1st.
