Black River Falls Man Sentenced for Possession

A Black River Falls man arrested in Osseo due to a warrant for his arrest was sentenced in Trempealeau County Court..
According to the Osseo Police Department, Theodore Karlstedt was taken into custody at the Kwik Trip in Osseo when his vehicle was discovered in the parking lot. There was a warrant for his arrest from the Department of Corrections and here in Clark County for possession of methamphetamine.
After a search of Karlstedt and his vehicle, baggies of marijuana, methamphetamine, a scale, and other paraphernalia were discovered. Karlstedt pleaded guilty to possession with intent amphetamines. Three other charges were dismissed and read in. He was sentenced to 4 years of probation.
