Abbotsford Man Pleads Not Guilty to Burglary Charges in Marathon County

-A man arrested in Abbotsford on a probation warrant and accused of being involved in multiple robberies appeared in Marathon County Court on Monday.According to the Clark County Sheriff's Department, on Tuesday, May 19th of this year, Wayne Timm, was arrested in Abbotsford, on a probation warrant for his activity in multiple burglaries to area businesses. Timm was a suspect in several cases that occurred in Taylor, Clark, Marathon and Price Counties between March 1st and May 18th of this year. Timm is being held in the Marathon County Jail in Wausau.
So far, the only charges against Timm are in Marathon County and they include burglary of a building or dwelling, theft of moveable property and 2 counts of criminal damage to property. During his arraignment, Timm entered a not guilty plea to the charges. A future court date has not been set at this time.
