Remains Found in Jackson County in 1990 Identified

-The Jackson County Sheriff's Department found new information regarding a 1990 cold case.Back in 1990, a woman was found decapitated and dismembered in a shallow grave near the Town of Brockway. Her remains were sent to the University of North Texas in order to help identify the victim.
This proved to be a success as the woman was identified as 36-year-old Julia Baez of Milwaukee. She was reported missing in November of 1990 and last seen in June of the same year.
The Sheriff's Department has classified the incident as a homicide and they hope someone has information on the case and they can move forward with the investigation even after 25 years.
