Neillsville Fire Department Responds to ATV Accident on Saturday

-The Neillsville Fire Department responded to an ATV accident on Saturday.The department received the call around 11:50am on Saturday of an ATV accident in the Township of Hewitt about one half mile south of County Road B near Bruce Mound Avenue.
When the department arrived, they discovered that a woman had missed the curve and they used an ATV and toboggan to take the woman out to County Road B. The Neillsville Ambulance Service assisted with the transport and she was also airlifted to the hospital as a precautionary measure.
The department also received assistance from the Clark County Sheriff's Department and the Wisconsin DNR Game Warden. They were on scene for about an hour and there were no injuries on their part.
