Former Marshfield Teacher's Aide Sentenced for Drunk Driving with Two Students in the Vehicle

Wednesday, July 22nd, 2015 -- 11:02 AM

-A former Marshfield teacher's aide accused of drunk driving with two students in the car was sentenced for the incident.

Back in March of 2014, 53-year-old Frances Daniel took two 16-year-old students to McDonald's in Marshfield while she was intoxicated, and provided them with alcohol along the way. This all came to light after Daniel collided with another vehicle in the drive-thru lane. One of the students drove Daniels' car back to Marshfield High School, where police were waiting.

Daniels was sentenced to 45 days in jail and had her license revoked for two years. She owes the courts almost $1,700.
