Grant Awarded to The Highground for "Operations Persian Gulf Welcome Home Veterans"

-The MDRT Foundation has awarded a $25,000 grant to The Highground to provide funding for the upcoming "Operation Persian Gulf Welcome Home Veterans" in July 2016.Through its global grants, the MDRT Foundation is committed to building stronger families and communities around the globe. This year, the MDRT Foundation will award nearly $1 million in MDRT member-endorsed grants to more than 100 charitable organizations worldwide.
Representing the MDRT Foundation, Juli McNeely, of McNeely Financial Services, Inc. in Spencer, presented this grant to the Wisconsin Vietnam Veterans Memorial. Volunteer General Manager, Kirk Rodman explained that in July, 2016 this wonderful grant is the foundation for building a week of activities and remembrances for veterans, their family/friends and the general public to welcome the veterans home.
