Abbotsford Man Graduates from Basic Military Training

-A local man recently graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in San Antonio, Texas.Air Force Airman Nikolas D. Streveler completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills. Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Streveler is the son of Michael Streveler of Abbotsford and Wendy Stordahl of Forest Lake, Minnesota, and step-son of Donna Streveler of Abbotsford. He graduated in 2014 from Abbotsford High School.
