Another Diver Dies at Jackson County Lake

(AP) -Authorities say a 59-year-old man has died after taking part in scuba diving exercises at a Wisconsin lake where another diver died eight days earlier.The Jackson County sheriff's office says Kerry Jurica of Weston was participating in exercises Sunday afternoon at Wazee Lake Recreation Area in the Town of Brockway. The sheriff's office says another diver noticed Jurica was having problems with equipment and was unresponsive, and the other diver rescued Jurica.
According to the sheriff's office, Jurica died at a local medical facility. No foul play is suspected. A woman identified as 54-year-old Wendy Fassbender of Lodi died after diving at Wazee Lake on June 27.
