Still Time to Register for Karner Blue Marathon in Black River Falls

-There is still time to register for the 11th Annual Karner Blue 5K-10K-Half Marathon which is Saturday, July 18th.An estimated 250 runners are expected to compete in the races, which are sponsored by the Black River Area Chamber of Commerce. The half marathon begins at 7 a.m., the 5K and 10K at 8 a.m. and a kid's race for youth 11 and under starts at 9.
Registration is $50 for the half marathon and $30 for the 5K and 10K. Teams of five runners can sign up for the Corporate Challenge, which was won last year by the Ho-Chunk Nation Pace Cadets. Entertainment, food and refreshments will follow the races. Medals will be awarded to the top overall male and female finishers in each race.
