Boat Blocks I-94 Near Black River Falls

-A boat blocked traffic on I-94 near Black River Falls on Saturday.The Wisconsin State Patrol responded to the incident just after 5am on Saturday. They discovered that 60-year-old Andre William was pulling the boat on a trailer, the trailer overturned and the boat came off the trailer and was lying in a lane of traffic.
A tow company came and removed the boat. No one was injured in the incident and it is still under investigation.
